The BBC is soliciting questions to put to Richard Dawkins for a 9th December broadcast. Here are some samples, obviously helpfully provided for people who can’t even be bothered to think up their own questions:
Did God invent man or did man invent God? Does religion stoke conflict or help to avoid it? Is it possible to have hope without belief? Does science provide more answers than religion? Is atheism a religion?
Well, to save Dawkins from having to bother to answer these burning questions, here’s a crib sheet.Answers:
- Man invented God.
- Stoke it more often than not.
- Yes.
- Yes.
- No. (A standard dictionary would answer this one.)
Wasn’t difficult, was it?
Well thanks a lot for giving away the ending, You are such a damn spoilsport, heather.
Sorry for the spoiler.
It wasn’t difficult, but remember the target audience. People who have read Dawkins already know the answers.
