Maybe your prayers have been answered, Mana/Black Sun/Billy and any other commenters who preferred the idea of an equally effective Dionysian alternative to the standard dull prayers for rain being offered by the governor.

Awesome! I weaved in the reference to wet tshirts because a reader of mine, Ben had offered the atheist wet-tshirt contest idea in a comment to one of my irreverent Halloween posts. And as always when I write, I lost my train of thought and I forgot to mention Ben’s idea. I’m glad to see those at the church of google picked up on it as well.
