With a hat tip to “Roberts Thoughts<\/a>” blog, I was amazed to come across a post on “Shelly The Republican” titled “God’s Hitlist<\/a>.” This seriously defies belief. Shelly has put together a list of things and people she feels are hated by God because they are anti-American (and obviously<\/em> America is God’s chosen land…)<\/p>\n

The list includes some obvious things like “Muzlims[sic]” “Sam Harris<\/a>” [bet he will be heart broken to hear that…], “Gays”, “Liberals”, “Abortionists” as well as some very off the wall ones “Barrack Osama[sic]”, “Linux Users” [?<\/a>], “Germans” and “Poets.” No, I can’t see much in the way of rhyme or reason in the selections other than this is either a raging lunatic who really needs to be in a mental care institution or it is a monumental troll site making a parody of the American Religious Right.<\/p>\n

Reading the comments leaves me no clearer. A commenter asks:<\/p>\n

I have a question? Where in the bible does it say that God loves America? Where does it say that America is the homeland of his chosen people?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And Shelly replies:<\/p>\n

You don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know the bible. You are just guessing. I suggest you actually real this amaying all time bestseller!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Seriously. Check the blog out yourself and see what I mean. Shelly appears like a barely literate ranter, epitomising everything that “Liberals” imagine the right wing to be. I never really thought a person like this existed.<\/p>\n

As part of my evidence this is a massive joke, just there to troll people into ranting off responses, Shelly has an article which begins:<\/p>\n

Digital cameras: Are they harmless toys for eliteist liberals, or an unregulated tool for terrorists, lawbreakers and sexual deviants hell-bent on undermining America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s conservative values, morality and traditions?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

See what I mean?<\/p>\n
