Isnt that a great attitude for the Chief of the Franklin, Wisconsin Police Department to have?<\/p>\n

Isnt it equally great to remember back to the bad old days of the Cold War when this sort of behaviour was used as an example of how Ebull<\/em> the Commiez<\/em> were?<\/p>\n
