I think that’s an appropriate question for this country (US), too. Ever since Fox News has been around, the polarization of Americans in politics has reached the level of the Hatfields and the McCoys. We used to be civil, and more important, relatively well informed in our political discussions. With Fox, people have become stupider and stupider, because Fox feeds them intentional lies and misinformation in order to foment controversy, and hence ratings, at the expenses of intelligent political discourse.
