I'm embarrassed! A Simpsons quote and I didn't get it! Lol!

I know what you mean about JavaScript; it can be tough to understand. JavaScript has gotten a lot lighter in recent years, though. If you Google 'JavaScript framework', you should see a few JavaScript libraries are are relatively lightweight and fast-loading. Also, calling JS files at the bottom of the page (instead of in the HEAD makes pages load faster.

I could go on forever, but I'd urge you to give JavaScript a second chance!

I was kidding ( it was a reference to a line in the Simpsons really, where Bart said "At last, a use for geometry" or words to that effect.

Though to be honest, I pretty much do dislike Javascript in practice, as it is often hard to use (for me) and slow to run, (Yes, I know it can do really great things.)

The title of your post pulled me in. Not sure if you're kidding, but as a web designer, I love javascript!
