		<description>Good Post! Right on the button. The NHS is a great lumbering thing, which sometimes screws up, but it provides care without question to everyone who needs it. Some hospitals are better than others, but all hospitals are better than none. We can be enormously proud of our NHS, even as we criticise it. We must defend it!
