[...] Now I have mentioned Bury Marketing Sales (BMS) here a few times and it seems there is a bit of a spooky co-incidence when I do. After my last blog post about the pond-scum organisation who were phoning me two or three times a day (from 01706713200), I had a comment on an older post on the same topic. [...]

I did try this a while ago, but it had no effect. Oddly, I haven't had a single call so far since the end of September. Maybe they just take a while to update their records.

The whole deal is disgraceful though. Why three feel it is acceptable to pass on their customers details is beyond me. How BMS can actually get sales with their tactics is, also, beyond my comprehension.

I found this page by searching for the number 01706 713 200 in Google as I was also receiving calls from it - now messages ever left on Voicemail.

I went through to BMS customer services and asked why I was getting calls, the guy siad it would be sales agents and I asked him to take my number off their records. He said he was doing it right there and then and so we'll see - maybe going through Customer Services is a way to cut out the calls?
