Ordered a Canon EOS400D online for collection in store.
Had an e-mail on 30th saying that my order was ready for collection.
Went to collect on the 31st and they couldn’t find my order.
Was really hacked off with them. E-mailed to complain but no reply yet.
Useless place, won’t be going back ever……..

is still forwarded.

It told me I had registered for a free account at Jessops Picture House… what a surprise!

They’ve decided to start their move to more emphasis on the Internet in the same style as
you describe they run their Internet service for their stores… badly. I can’t imagine a worse
idea than to spam in order to generate interest in their online services.

If you hear or see Jessops…. run!
