Forget about passing her driver’s test. How does she find her way out of her house to get to the car?

We had an accident here this week where I’m a volunteer firefighter. A 22yr old followed another young driver (both were males) over a tossed cigarette butt. (?) He rammed him from behind sending each car off opposite sides of the road and into utility poles.

The one being chased and his female passenger both went to hospital with minor injuries. The idiot doing the chasing got arrested for aggravated assualt and other charges.

Too bad stupidity can’t be added to the charges.
