I tried phoning them – “all our contacts are busy right now. Please phone back later.” and that was after 5 minutes on hold. Nothing anywhere to let you know server status. What company the size of 1and1 has no service status pages? It is ridiculous and I am now looking for a more robust and suitable host for my sites.
